Present the asset clearly
Provide identity, configuration, condition, included items, service history and commercial scope in a structured form.
Attach the evidence
Upload certificates, service/calibration records, images, manuals, quotations and other evidence once, against the asset record.
Resolve exceptions quickly
When the system finds a serial, date, configuration or scope conflict, the supplier sees exactly what needs clarification.
