1. Controller

NOEVA Systems e.K.
Marienburger Straße 16, 56112 Lahnstein, Germany
Email: info@aurenoeva.com

2. Website access and technical logs

When the website is delivered by the hosting provider, technical data such as IP address, time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser / device information and server-response data may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to the final hosting configuration.

3. Procurement and contact enquiries

If you contact Aurenoeva through the contact form or send a procurement requirement, we process the information you provide — for example company, name, business contact details, requirement text, part / model identifiers, technical constraints and requested evidence — to respond, clarify the requirement and take steps toward a possible B2B engagement. The website submits these forms directly to Aurenoeva's server-side mail handler and delivers them to info@aurenoeva.com; no third-party form platform is used in this build. A short-lived technical rate limit and a hidden anti-spam field are used to reduce automated abuse. Depending on context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and protecting the forms from abuse).

4. Suppliers and business contacts

For supplier discovery, sourcing and B2B relationship management, we may process business contact and professional information obtained directly from you, from your organisation or from legitimate public / commercial sources. Where personal data is not collected directly from the individual, the information duties under Art. 14 GDPR apply subject to the relevant conditions and exceptions.

5. Browser storage, cookies and analytics

This public website uses necessary browser storage for language selection, to remember that the necessary-storage notice has been shown, and to carry catalogue parts you select while preparing an active procurement enquiry. No non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking provider is wired into this build. If non-essential technologies are added later, they must remain blocked until any legally required, specific consent has been obtained. See Cookies & Storage.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting for NOEVA Systems, such as hosting, email, infrastructure or CRM providers, where required for the service and subject to appropriate contractual / legal safeguards. Supplier or logistics information is disclosed only where necessary for the procurement workflow or where another legal basis applies.

7. International transfers

If a service provider or recipient is located outside the EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism must be used where required, for example an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under the GDPR. The exact position depends on the production providers selected.

8. Retention

We retain data only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, establishment / defence of claims and appropriate B2B relationship management. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is periodically reviewed and deleted or minimised when it is no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

10. Automated decision-making

The public website does not make a legally binding procurement decision about a person solely by automated means. Aurenoeva may use software to structure requirements and evaluate procurement evidence; human review and the actual B2B commercial decision remain separate.

11. Changes

This policy should be reviewed whenever production hosting, CRM, analytics, payment, customer-account or supplier systems change materially.
